You should immediately contact our call center to freeze your account.
Front and back photos of your ID card; Type of password that is locked with your current phone number, For example, if the login password and Transaction password locked down, if you forgot both password ID, you can contact the service phone number.
After self-registration, you need to take a photo of NRC front and back and phone number for your update real name or You can also contact the service center phone number………

1. Enter your phone number for login to Unipay App.
2. For account security, enter the verification code in your SMS within 60 Sec.
3. Once you have entered the verification code ,you will need to enter a payment password to use for making the payment .Then you will be able to start using the Unipay App.

FAQs For Merchants
To obtain a Unipay Merchant Account, please contact Unipay Marketing Team at 09 4577 41 339 or fill out a form on the Request Merchant Account Page of the Unipay Website.
The following information is required to create a Unipay Merchant Account.
For Corporates :
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Certificate of incorporation/registration
- Company Registration
- Form VI
- Form XXVI
- Form E
- 6 months bank statement
- Personal Information (Owner/Director)
For Retails :
- Business License Card
- Utility Bill
- Personal Information (Owner/Director)
Cash withdrawals can be made under (MMK _______) and can only be withdrawn (____) once a month.
If you make a mistake when making a payment, you can enter the refund amount on the Transition Payment Refund and withdraw it at the nearest Unipay Cash Counter.
If you lose your phone, you must notify the Service Provider immediately to close your account.
Forgot your password? Call the Service Provider on 09 4577 41 339 and the Service Provider will generate it as soon as possible.
There is no charge to use Unipay Merchant Account.
